LIC Webinar Natural IVF Drawing Eligibility Criteria

Life IVF Center (“the organization”) is proud to offer its long-running and highly successful drawing for a free Natural IVF Cycle for first-time attendees of its in-person seminars and virtual webinars on the subject of infertility and IVF treatment.

Those wishing to enter the free Natural IVF drawing must meet the following eligibility criteria. By entering the drawing, entrants understand any prize won will be automatically forfeited if the winner is later found to have falsely or inaccurately represented their eligibility.

• Age Requirement: To enter the drawing, entrant must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Previous Entry Exclusion: Entrants cannot have previously entered into a drawing for free or discounted IVF treatment with our organization.
• One Entry per Household: Each household may cumulatively enter the drawing one time. Multiple entries from the same household for one drawing or across multiple drawings will lead to disqualification.
• No Third-Party Entries: Entrants are not permitted to attempt winning a prize on behalf of any third party, including friends or family. Winners cannot transfer the prize for use by anyone other than themselves or their partner.
• Pre-Treatment Evaluation: Winners must undergo a Fertility Evaluation at The organization and meet all necessary Pre-IVF requirements before beginning treatment.
• Legal and Residency Requirements: Entrants must be legal residents of the country or region where the drawing is being held and, if requested, provide valid proof of residency.
• Publicity Consent: By entering the drawing, entrants give their consent for the organization to use their name, likeness, and story for promotional and publicity purposes.
• Rules and Regulations Compliance: Entrants must adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organization about the drawing, including submission deadlines and any additional requirements.
• Organization Policy Compliance: Entrants must agree to comply fully with the rules and policies of The organization if they win the prize and decide to pursue fertility treatment. Any non-compliance, hostility, or inappropriate behavior will be grounds for immediate termination and refusal of treatment.
• Non-transferability: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other individual or entity, including family members.
• Legal Restrictions: The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Disclaimers: The organization conducting the drawing disclaims any liability for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the drawing or acceptance of the prize.
• Drawing Modifications: Entrants understand that the organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing or change the prize or eligibility criteria at any time without notice.
