Patient Coordinator

Position Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join either our Irvine or Arcadia locations in caring for and supporting for our patients. This team provides patients with one of their first impressions of our organization and is a critical part of their patient experience.

The Patient Coordinator manages many aspects of patient experience and clinic operations including medical records clearance, patient management, scheduling, payment collection, triaging, call support, among a variety of others. This role is a backbone of clinical administration and a crucial part of helping parents on their fertility journeys.

It should be noted that this role primarily focuses on medical administration and patient coordination as opposed to back-office responsibilities.
