Life IVF Center Webinar Drawing : Official Rules
These Official Rules apply to the Life IVF Center webinar drawing held in connection with the educational webinar identified on the registration page (the “Webinar”). The rules in effect on the date you register govern your entry. Archived versions are available on request.
1. Who Can Enter
You may enter if you are:
- 18 years of age or older at the time of registration, and
- a legal resident of the United States.
You may not enter if you are:
- an employee, officer, or contractor of Life IVF Center, or an immediate family member or household member of any of them;
- a beneficiary of Medicare, Medi-Cal, or any other federal or state healthcare program. This exclusion exists because federal law restricts offering items of value to government healthcare program beneficiaries. It is not a judgment about you or your care.
One entry per household. If you and a partner or other household member live at the same address, only one of you may register and enter. If two people from the same household register separately, both entries may be disqualified, and if a prize has already been awarded it may be forfeited. Partners are welcome to attend the Webinar together on a single registration.
2. Promotion Period
The entry period opens when Webinar registration opens and closes when the live Webinar begins. The drawing takes place during the live Webinar, as described below.
3. How to Enter
- Register for the Webinar through the registration link on our website.
- Join the live Webinar through the ClickMeeting link sent to your registered email address.
- Remain present for the required time and be present when the drawing is held.
That’s it. There is nothing to buy, no deposit, no appointment to schedule, and no form to fill out beyond registration.
We do not give extra entries, better odds, or a larger prize to anyone for: purchasing treatment, scheduling treatment, becoming a patient, paying a deposit, referring anyone to Life IVF, or generating any business for Life IVF. Doing any of those things has no effect whatsoever on this drawing.
4. What “Verified Live Attendee” Means
A Verified Live Attendee is a person who:
- registered for the Webinar under their own name and email address;
- joined the live Webinar through the ClickMeeting registration link;
- was connected for at least 30 minutes in total during the live broadcast, as recorded by ClickMeeting’s attendance report; and
- was connected at the moment the drawing was held.
How we count. The controlling record is the attendance report generated by ClickMeeting for that Webinar. We count unique registrations. Duplicate registrations by the same person, registrations from the same household, registrations we determine to be automated or fraudulent, and Life IVF staff are not counted.
When we count. Attendance is measured at the moment the drawing begins. The count is taken from the platform report and is not adjusted afterward.
If the platform fails. If ClickMeeting’s attendance report is unavailable or incomplete because of a technical failure, we will use the platform’s live participant list captured at the time of the drawing as the record. If neither record is usable, the Webinar will be rescheduled and all registrations carried over. We will not estimate a count.
If you get disconnected. Brief disconnections are common and your total connected time is what counts. If you are disconnected at the moment of the drawing and cannot be reached, an alternate will be selected as described in Section 7.
5. The Prize
One prize is awarded per Webinar. There is one winner.
The prize tier is determined by the number of Verified Live Attendees, using this fixed scale:

A prize is awarded at every Webinar, whether or not the highest tier is reached. Life IVF has no discretion after the Webinar to raise, lower, substitute, or redefine a prize tier or its terms. The attendance count determines the tier; the tier determines what the winner is offered.
5b. Grand Prize Options (20+ Verified Live Attendees)
If the winner qualifies for the Grand Prize tier, the winner selects one of the following three options. These options are not equal in value . Choose based on the treatment path that is right for you, not the dollar figure.
Option 1 : Natural IVF Treatment (ARV $3,500)
Includes:
- Natural cycle egg retrieval procedure
- Sperm preparation and ICSI / IVF fertilization
- Embryo culturing, with assisted hatching as needed
- Embryo cryopreservation with six (6) months of embryo storage
Retrieval and fertilization are included for one egg only. If more than one egg is fertilized, each additional fertilization is $350, regardless of outcome. No injectable medication is used other than trigger shots. Fresh transfer is available in lieu of freezing at a discounted price of $1,750; cryopreservation of any additional embryos is charged separately.
Option 2 : Natural Egg Cryopreservation (ARV $3,500)
Includes:
- Natural cycle egg retrieval procedure
- Oocyte (egg) culturing as appropriate
- Oocyte egg cryopreservation
- Cryopreserved egg storage for one (1) year / twelve (12) months
No additional charge if more than one oocyte is retrieved. No injectable medication is used other than trigger shots.
Option 3 : Package Credit ($2,000, fixed)
A $2,000 credit toward a new Precision IVF®, Egg Cryopreservation, or Embryo Cryopreservation package of the winner’s choice. This amount is fixed and not negotiable.
Not included in Options 1 or 2: Fertility Evaluation with or without testing; pre-IVF bloodwork; cycle medication; cycle monitoring and outside monitoring coordination; anesthesia; embryo genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-M, or other); frozen embryo transfer; outside laboratory and other third-party services; prenatal and OB care; and anything not specifically listed as included. These are billed separately at Life IVF’s then-current rates in the Services and Pricing Guide, the same as for any patient.
5c. $500 / $1,000 Treatment Credits
These credits may be applied toward a Fertility Evaluation and/or a new Precision IVF®, Egg Cryopreservation, or Embryo Cryopreservation package of the winner’s choice.
6. Prize Restrictions
- No cash value and not redeemable for cash.
- Non-transferable. It cannot be given, sold, or assigned to anyone else.
- Applies only to new treatment. It cannot be applied to prior, already-purchased, or already-active treatment cycles.
- Cannot be combined with insurance or third-party payer billing, and cannot be used toward copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles. This restriction exists to comply with federal and state healthcare law and with our payer contracts.
- Not refundable. Services received through the prize are not eligible for refund.
- Must be redeemed within 12 months of the Webinar date.
- Partial use of a treatment option constitutes full redemption. Services within the prize that are not used, not medically indicated, or not completed have no cash value and do not convert to credit.
You may decline the prize. You cannot transfer it.
7. How the Winner Is Selected
The winner is chosen at random. The random drawing is completely separate from the attendance count . The count sets the prize tier, the drawing picks the person, and neither affects the other.
Eligible pool. All Verified Live Attendees.
Method. During the live Webinar, a Life IVF team member will select one entrant at random from the eligible pool using a random selection tool displayed on screen.
Odds. Your odds of winning are 1 divided by the number of Verified Live Attendees. With 15 attendees, for example, the odds are 1 in 15.
Announcement. The winner is announced live during the Webinar. You must be present at that moment. If the person selected is not present or does not respond within two minutes, that selection is void and another entrant is drawn at random. This repeats until a present entrant is selected.
Confirmation. We will email the winner within 2 business days. The winner must respond within 7 calendar days and provide: confirmation of eligibility under these rules; a completed Form W-9; and a signed Winner Agreement, including their prize option selection if applicable.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be reached, declines, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is selected at random from the remaining eligible pool.
8. Winning Does Not Mean IVF Is Right for You
This is important, so we want to be direct about it.
Winning this drawing does not mean IVF or any other treatment is medically appropriate for you. Every prize option is a treatment award, not a treatment recommendation.
Before any prize treatment begins, you will go through Life IVF’s ordinary process: a Fertility Evaluation, any pre-treatment requirements, and our standard informed consent discussion. Your treating physician makes all clinical decisions, exactly as they would for any patient. Nothing about this drawing changes that, and nothing about this drawing creates any obligation for you to pursue treatment.
If your physician determines during the Fertility Evaluation that you are not a candidate for Option 1 or Option 2, you may instead select Option 3, the $2,000 Package Credit, under the same restrictions and the same 12-month window. Because Option 3 is available to every Grand Prize winner from the start, this is not a discretionary substitution . It is one of the three options already published in these rules.
If you cannot complete treatment within 12 months for a documented medical reason, contact us before the deadline and we will extend the window by up to 6 months. This is the only extension available.
9. Taxes
The prize may be taxable income to you based on its approximate retail value. Because the value of the Grand Prize options and, in some cases, the $1,000 credit is $600 or more, Life IVF is required to collect a Form W-9 from the winner and to report the prize to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC.
We report the approximate retail value stated in these rules for whichever option is awarded. We cannot give tax advice and we do not pay any winner’s taxes. How the prize affects your specific tax situation is a question for your own tax advisor, and we encourage you to ask one.
10. Your Information
We collect your name and email address to register you for the Webinar and administer this drawing. We use it to run the Webinar, verify attendance, contact the winner, and send you information about Life IVF that you have opted into. We do not sell it. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.
Registering for the Webinar does not make you a Life IVF patient and does not create a physician-patient relationship.
11. Publicity
We will not use your name, photograph, likeness, or any statement about you in advertising without your separate written permission. Winning does not obligate you to be featured anywhere. If you would like to share your story with us later, that is entirely your choice and would be handled through a separate written authorization.
12. Technical Problems, Fraud, and Changes
Technical problems. Life IVF is not responsible for internet outages, platform failures, or device problems that prevent you from joining or staying connected, except as described in Section 4.
Fraud and tampering. We may disqualify any entry we determine in good faith to be automated, duplicated, falsified, or submitted through any means designed to circumvent these rules.
Changes and cancellation. We may only modify or cancel this drawing if it becomes impossible to run fairly , for example a platform failure, a natural disaster, or a legal or regulatory requirement. If we cancel a Webinar before the drawing, we will reschedule and carry over all registrations. We will not change the prize tiers, thresholds, options, or selection method after registration opens.
13. Release
By entering, you release Life IVF and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from claims arising out of your participation in this drawing and out of the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.
This release does not apply to medical care. It does not waive, limit, or release any claim relating to professional negligence, the quality of medical care you receive, or any clinical decision. California law does not permit healthcare providers to obtain such waivers, and we are not attempting to. Your rights as a patient are unaffected by this drawing.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this drawing will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Nothing in this section applies to any claim relating to medical care.
15. If Part of These Rules Is Unenforceable
If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
