Position Details:
We are currently seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our Arcadia expansionary office in caring for and supporting our patients. The Nursing team supports all aspects of a patient’s clinical care throughout their fertility journey and is a critical part of their patient experience.
The Nurse will be responsible for many aspects of patient experience and general business operations including patient education, medication usage teaching, scheduling, triaging, call support, among a variety of others. The Nursing Team is the backbone of our clinical support and a crucial part of helping prospective parents on their fertility journeys.

Responsibilities:
This role may include a mix of various functions, including but not limited to the following
Guide enquiring individuals through the consultation, information gathering, testing, and evaluation processes to begin treatment as a new patient
Assist patients in person, by phone, and via email with questions, treatment plan, medication, and other visit needs to ensure they feel supported and comfortable
Deliver the highest standard of patient service and a friendly, courteous, and professional experience
Develop ideas, collaborate with other departments, and create initiatives to improve the medical practice and standards of patient care
Serve and protects the clinic community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, local, and practice requirements
