About the Position
Life IVF Center is seeking a highly motivated board eligible or board certified Gynecologist for our headquarters in Irvine or our growing location in Arcadia, with flexibility to cover the other site as needed. The role offers a predictable daytime schedule, strong growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment.
Provide warm and supportive initial, pre-, and post-procedure consultations
Perform fertility and gynecological procedures including oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer
Conduct comprehensive health exams, including evaluating prospective oocyte donors and gestational carriers
Participate in clinic webinars and marketing initiatives to cultivate patient relationships
Support and mentor clinic staff to drive growth and a positive work environment

Frequently Asked Questions
Consistent daytime hours with no nighttime call. Weekend coverage rotates and is scheduled in advance. Generally speaking, days are scheduled with procedures in the morning, consultations around mid-day, and patient call log work in the afternoon.
Core procedures include oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers, as well as hysteroscopies, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), saline sonograms, and endometrial biopsies. Candidates also gain experience in comprehensive gynecologic and fertility evaluations, ultrasound interpretation, and patient counseling. Depending on progress and skill, additional advanced reproductive techniques may be incorporated under supervision.
Training is a core part of the onboarding process for all gynecologist candidates at Life IVF Center. The program typically lasts 6 to 18 months, depending on prior experience, schedule, and learning pace. Because of our clinic’s patient volume and focus, candidates gain more hands-on practice and repetition than is usually available in a standard fellowship program.
Ouf course! Life IVF Center physician candidates will collaborate closely with experienced physicians, clinical embryology, nursing, and administrative leaders.
Physicians’ primary location will be either our Irvine or Arcadia clinic, with flexibility to cover the other site as needed.
