What Each Cycle Includes
Egg freezing and IVF share the same core retrieval process. IVF includes additional embryology services after the eggs are retrieved.
Every cycle starts with the same core retrieval services.
These services are part of the shared foundation of treatment, whether your goal is to freeze eggs or create embryos.
Egg Retrieval Procedure
Follicle identification and retrieval of developed oocytes under ultrasound guidance. Anesthesia is optional.
Egg Culture and Preparation
Culturing retrieved oocytes and preparing them for freezing or fertilization.
Treatment Plan Management
Review of hormone and ultrasound data to assess response and adjust protocol. Testing is not included by default.
When freezing eggs
After retrieval, viable eggs are cryopreserved for future use.

When creating embryos
After retrieval, eggs are fertilized and embryos are cultured, frozen, and stored.

- PGT-A biopsy and testing when included or selected separately
Frozen Egg or Embryo Storage
Frozen eggs and embryos can be stored for future use. Treatment includes an initial storage period, with simple annual and prepaid options for continued storage.
Storage pricing is separate from future thaw, fertilization, biopsy, testing, medication, monitoring, or embryo transfer services unless otherwise stated in a specific package or promotion.

1. Monitoring Bloodwork and Ultrasound for the Cycle
Choose to monitor elsewhere and have Life IVF coordinate the results or complete the testing at a Life IVF Center.

2. Treatment Medication
Choose to acquire medication elsewhere, purchase as needed at Life IVF, or pre-pay at Life IVF Center.

3. Procedure Anesthesia
Choose whether to use oral pain medication, local anesthesia, or IV sedation / general anesthesia for the procedure.
- No Anesthesia
- Oral Sedation (can be picked up at any pharmacy)
- Local Anesthesia ($175 per cycle)
- IV Sedation ($750 per cycle, must be arranged in advance)
4. Embryo Transfer Cycle
Choose to pay for embryo transfer cycle later or pre-pay for
cycle with your retrieval at a discount. Note that transfer cycles will also require medication and monitoring services.
