We are a specialized team of physicians, nurses, embryologists, and care coordinators with one shared goal: making safe, high-quality IVF genuinely accessible. Our clinics serve patients from across the U.S. and around the world, including many who were turned away or priced out elsewhere.
Every option in the pricing tool above corresponds to one of these four phases. Here is what each one involves.
Most fertility clinics use the same protocol for every patient. We do not. Precision IVF starts with a thorough review of your medical history, hormone levels, ovarian reserve, lifestyle factors, and goals. From that foundation, your care team builds a treatment plan designed specifically for your biology.
This means optimized medication dosing, tailored monitoring schedules, personalized transfer timing, and embryo selection based on your exact data. Not a default template. Your plan.
Among patients who transferred a chromosomally normal (euploid) embryo, our clinical pregnancy rates ranged from 71% to 87% in 2023. See the full breakdown by age group below.

You do not need to be near one of our clinics to get started. If your current OB/GYN or local clinic cannot perform your monitoring, use the map below to find a partner facility near you.
Straight answers to the questions we hear most often.
What tests are required before starting?
Pre-IVF testing typically includes hormone bloodwork (FSH, AMH, estradiol), an antral follicle count ultrasound, and infectious disease screening. Most can be completed locally before your visit. A Life IVF coordinator will walk you through the exact list for your situation.
What other costs might come up?
The pricing tool above covers the major components. The most common add-ons are embryo genetic testing (PGT-A), additional storage, and medications. Your coordinator will give you a clear picture of potential extras before you make any decisions.
What if I was turned down for IVF elsewhere?
We routinely accept patients who have been declined by other clinics due to age, diagnosis, or prior results. If you have been told you are not a candidate, we encourage you to speak with us before accepting that answer.
What if I have failed IVF before?
More of our patients are referred from other IVF programs than from any other single source. Failed cycles elsewhere are not a predictor of failure here. We will review your prior records and explain exactly what we would do differently.
Do I need to live near a Life IVF location?
No. A large share of our patients travel from out of state or internationally. We coordinate with local providers for routine monitoring and bring you in for the procedures that require our facilities. We have helped patients from nearly every U.S. state and over 40 countries.
Can I speak with someone before committing?
Yes, and we encourage it. Every new patient gets a complimentary phone consultation with a clinician. It is a real clinical conversation, not a sales call. You will come away with a clearer understanding of your options and what to expect.
When is payment due?
Payment is collected at the start of each treatment cycle, either at Egg Retrieval or Embryo Transfer. You are not asked to pay for a cycle until you are ready to begin it.
Is there an age limit for treatment?
There is no fixed age cutoff at Life IVF. We have successfully treated patients across a wide age range, including many who were told elsewhere that they were too old to try. Age is one factor in your clinical picture, not a disqualifier. Let us review your case.
